Change of Name Signals Improvement

Improvement is really achievement. It is just this time the TIC of Sapie Primary School, Faijal I. Andan is able to change the name of his school from the old one, annex to Langpas Elementary School into a stand-alone name, Sapie Primary School. It is no more annex name and it is in a green color that signifies live improvement.

Changing the name of Sapie Primary School is indeed a signal for improvement or new beginning of this primary school catering Kindergarten to Grade 2 classes handled by 2 volunteer teachers and 1 provisional teacher. The justifications for her achievement were her physical appearance in the Indanan South District Meet 2017 when the school joined the 1-kilometer parade with more stakeholders, with float and able to perform field demonstration like what many elementary schools did before Pasil Elementary School Stage where the opening program of the 3-Day District Meet was officially conducted from October 10-12, 2017 and personally attended by the Municipal Mayor, Hji. Hermot D. Jikiri, muncipal councilors and barangay officials.

What made the 17 schools of Indanan South District amazed was the win of Sapie Primary School in Lukis Bata'-Bata' competition where the said school ranked 5th Placer. It was the only primary school chanced to be in the Top 5.

Before the ISD Meet 2017, Sapie Primary School, for the very first time appeared in the commemoration of World Teachers' Day at Timbangan Elementary School last October 5, 2017 with more supporters from young and old stakeholders giving numbers to entertain the teachers, school nurses and other personnel from the 17 schools gathered for the celebration of World Teachers' Day.

Sapie Primary School began to stand alone last June, 2016. However, it remained annex as usual because the TIC, Faijal I. Andan established his school administrative office at Sapah Malawm Primary School which is now elevated into complete elementary status and handled by TIC, Juaisa Y. Muallam. Faijal I. Andan just handled Kindergarten classes in Sapie PS in the morning.

PSDS Sam wanted Sapah Malawm become elementary without affecting Sapie PS. He observed TIC, Faijal could hardly do it or the TIC might neglect the improvement of Sapie PS. It was the reason why Juaisa Y. Muallam was installed as TIC of Sapah Malawm in the sense that she would be committed to elevate the school into complete elementary level. So, Faijal was assigned only to handle Sapie PS starting June, 2017.
